Growth Marketing Manager

To continue to do this, we need the right talent to grow with us, as we expand our global asset verification platform.
We are looking for a self-starter with experience managing digital campaigns for B2B SaaS to generate awareness, create new leads and maximise the growth of key strategic accounts globally.
There is a network effect to what we do which has accelerated the company’s growth to date and there remains a vastly untapped market opportunity which presents an exciting marketing challenge for a savvy digital campaign manager obsessed with conversion metrics and an eye for revenue growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

  • Lead Circit’s Account-Based Marketing campaigns for both our target prospects accounts and our high-value customer accounts with expansion potential.
  • Conceptualize and run multi-channel marketing campaigns that educate, nurture, and excite prospects within strategic accounts. Always be testing with the goal to “maximize learning”.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs and present insights learned from each campaign.
  • Work collaboratively across marketing and sales to align targets, messaging, channels and calls to action to create a seamless experience for buyers.
  • Develop account-based insights and reports which highlight the ROI delivered to customers and design the best methods and channels for communicating this ROIto end-users.
  • Create sales collateral and content to move prospects through to customers.
  • Create personas and messaging to position Circit as a leading solution among our ICPs.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Role and Responsibilities

You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.

  • Minimum3 years’ experience in a busy marketing department.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tactics such as leveraging intent data, creating landing pages, gifting, events etc.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Deep experience with CRM systems and an interest in deploying the latest marketing technology, developing new processes from scratch where necessary.
  • Experience in developing lead generation tactics for sales teams.
  • Excellent communicator in writing/blogging/storytelling and video production – working with a world class design team.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS B2B business (An understanding of fintech, funds, banking and auditing is a plus).
  • Conduct competitor research, identifying new opportunities and innovation areas.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across digital platforms.
  • ImplementA/B testing to continuously work to improve ROI and performance.
  • Develop and nurture close relationships with sales and align on targets.
