Through the ICAEW’s own independent evaluation, together with the assessment being conducted by leading UK firm RSM, firms can gain a level of trust to accelerate their own evaluation of the Circit Platform from a stronger starting point.
We believe it is vital for firms to fully assess technology solutions. Ensuring a technology platform is fit for purpose and creates value today is vital, and then assessing whether it will evolve with future firm requirements is also critical. The ICAEW accreditation provides that visibility and insight into how Circit is positioned to evolve with firms.
- The ICAEW Technology Accreditation Scheme is an independent evaluation of software solutions, giving our customers and future customers confidence that Circit has been built specifically to generate value for member firms.
- ICAEW have documented the results of their evaluation and have made this available for members to give a level of transparency in the process, and ensure the critical areas of importance are covered for accounting firms when engaging with Circit.
- The accreditation signals the beginning of Circit’s working relationship with the ICAEW and is the foundation for future initiatives designed to support auditors and their application of the latest technology.
